Salty Summers at Alati
Saturday, June 20 | 10 AM to 3 PM

Celebrate the start of summer with a relaxing day of wellness and sunshine at Alati. During our first-ever Salty Summers at Alati, guests are invited to enjoy both our indoor wellness spaces and our European courtyard-inspired outdoor area created for slowing down and enjoying the moment.

Spend time outside with a cup of tea, a journal, or a good book while soaking up the warmth of the season in a peaceful setting.

This special event is also the perfect opportunity to experience salt therapy for the first time. Throughout the day, guests can enjoy 50% off 45-minute sessions in our large salt room, available every hour on the hour from 10 AM to 3 PM. No registration or advance booking is required for these discounted large salt room sessions, just stop in and enjoy.

Guests can also receive 10% off all other Alati spa services during the event, including Red Light Therapy and Infrared Sauna sessions. (Appointments are still required for services other than the large salt room.)

Whether you pop in for a session or spend a little extra time enjoying the space, we’d love to welcome you to Alati for a peaceful summer afternoon.


Breathwork at Alati
Thursday, June 25| 7PM to 8:30PM

Take a deep breath — and let everything else go.

Join Kelly inside Alati’s Himalayan salt room for a deeply personal breathwork experience designed to calm the nervous system, release stored stress, and reconnect you back to yourself.

Studies have shown that intentional breathwork can reduce stress, improve mood, and help regulate anxiety — even just a few minutes of guided breathing can create measurable shifts in how we feel.

As you settle into the soft glow of the salt cave, you’ll be guided through an immersive breathwork journey while resting comfortably on your yoga mat. Kelly will provide personal headphones for each guest, allowing you to fully tune into her soothing voice guidance and carefully curated music — creating an intimate, inward experience free from outside distractions.

Bring anything that helps you feel safe, cozy, and supported:

  • Yoga mat

  • Blanket, Pillow, Eye Mask

  • Water bottle

  • Comfortable clothing

Please avoid eating for 2 hours prior to the session.
